For more than 40 years, the Hilton Head Plantation Yacht Club (HHPYC) has been a friendly and welcoming organization for neighbors, boating enthusiasts, and folks seeking to explore and learn more about our beautiful low country. The HHPYC offers a wide range of boating, educational, and social activities for its members, recognizing different interests and activity levels at different stages in our lives.
HHPYC is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment recognizing that the success of any club depends on the commitment of its members. We strive to provide an informed and informative low country boating and educational experience. We offer a variety of day and long-distance cruising events as an excellent opportunity to explore and learn about the region. Cruising as a group provides a great way to travel safely while creating and sharing memories with fellow boaters.
Our calendar includes several multi-day trips to locations accessible by boat or car, including Beaufort, Jekyll Island and Charleston. We have organized a sellout sunset Shrimp Trawl and a variety of other events are under way aimed to satisfy a variety of interests and tastes.
