MEMBERSHIP

Hilton Head Plantation Yacht Club is a HHP POA recognized club open to all HHP Property Owners/Residents in Hilton Head Plantation. There are two classes of membership – Boating and Social.   

Boating members:

Own a sail or power boat or be a member of a boat sharing entity.

Social members:

Those who had previous boating experience or a desire to learn about the Lowcountry waterways and be part of a boating community.

For more than 40 years, the Hilton Head Plantation Yacht Club (HHPYC) has been a friendly and welcoming organization for neighbors, boating enthusiasts, and folks seeking to explore and learn more about our beautiful low country. The HHPYC offers a wide range of boating, educational, and social activities for its members, recognizing different interests and activity levels at different stages in our lives.

HHPYC is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment recognizing that the success of any club depends on the commitment of its members. We strive to provide an informed and informative low country boating and educational experience. We offer a variety of day and long-distance cruising events as an excellent opportunity to explore and learn about the region. Cruising as a group provides a great way to travel safely while creating and sharing memories with fellow boaters.

Our calendar includes day and multi-day boating trips to locations often accessible car, including Beaufort, Lemon Island, Old Bluffton Harbor Town, Jekyll Island and Charleston. We also organize a variety of other events including dinner meetings with a speaker aimed to satisfy a variety of interests and tastes.
